For iPhone Users
Make sure you are using the Safari browser built into your iPhone. Other browsers may not fully support web app installation.
Type xe888.win in the Safari address bar. The website will display in a mobile version fully optimised for your iPhone screen.
Tap the "Share" icon (the box with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of Safari, then select "Add to Home Screen". Name it "xe888" and tap Add.
The xe888 icon will now appear on your iPhone's home screen. Tap to open it — it will function like a native app without the Safari address bar, in full screen.
Log in with your xe888 account credentials. All features including Live Casino, Sports Betting, and deposits are fully available in this mode.
Mobile Experience
The xe888 app is not just a scaled-down web version. Every button, menu, and game interface has been redesigned with one-handed touchscreen use in mind. Whether you are playing on the commute, relaxing on the sofa, or waiting at a café — the app feels natural and effortless.
Sports odds are updated live without needing to refresh the page. Live Casino tables load faster thanks to integrated streaming technology specifically optimised for Malaysian mobile networks including Celcom, Maxis, Digi, and Unifi Mobile.
Technical Specifications
When it comes to mobile betting apps in Malaysia, many platforms simply offer a web version loaded inside a browser frame with no real optimisation for touchscreens. xe888 takes a different approach — its app is built from the ground up with mobile user experience as the priority, not simply shrinking a website to fit on a phone.
The result is an app that feels light, responsive, and enjoyable to use. Navigating between sections — from Sports Betting to Live Casino, from Slots to deposits — happens in an instant. No frustrating lag, no slow-loading pages, and no elements spilling off the screen. It's a difference you'll notice the moment you try it yourself.
One of the biggest advantages of using the xe888 is the integration of all game categories in one unified platform. You don't need to switch between multiple different apps to play different games. In the xe888 app, you can access:
All these categories are easily accessible from the app's bottom menu, optimised for thumb navigation. Switching between games is seamless and your game state is saved automatically even if you exit the app and return later.
Security is xe888's number one priority, and this is clearly reflected in the security features built directly into the mobile app. Every login session is encrypted using the latest TLS 1.3 protocol, ensuring your account credentials cannot be intercepted by any third party even when you are using public WiFi.
The xe888 app also supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled from your account settings. Whenever a new login attempt is detected from an unrecognised device, a security notification is sent to you immediately. This provides an essential extra layer of protection for accounts holding a financial balance.
For everyday convenience, biometric login using fingerprint or facial recognition is fully available on supported devices. You can open the app and access your account in under a second without typing your password every time.
One of the most valued aspects Malaysian players appreciate about the xe888 is a financial management convenience that can be handled entirely from your phone. The deposit and withdrawal process has been streamlined to be completed in under one minute.
For deposits, you can choose from a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia. DuitNow QR lets you pay directly from your banking app by scanning a QR code — no need to type account numbers or codes. FPX supports all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong Bank. E-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost are also fully supported for instant deposits.
Winnings withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account are processed within 5 to 15 minutes in most cases. This is among the fastest processing times in the online betting industry in the region. For withdrawals to e-wallets, the process is even quicker — typically within 5 minutes.
Xe888 mobile app users enjoy access to exclusive promotions and bonuses not always available on the web version. The platform regularly runs challenges and competitions designed specifically for app users, with highly attractive rewards.
Bonuses commonly available through the xe888 app include:
All bonuses and promotions can be monitored from the "Promotions" section in the app. Push notifications are sent automatically whenever there is a new offer relevant to your gaming activity.
If you encounter any issues or need assistance, xe888 customer support can be reached directly from within the app without having to exit and search for a contact number on the website. The built-in Live Chat feature connects you with a support agent fluent in Bahasa Melayu within seconds.
Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Malaysian public holidays. Support agents are trained to assist with a wide range of issues including login problems, deposit delays, bonus enquiries, technical issues and any account-related questions. Average response time for Live Chat is under 2 minutes — far faster than waiting for an email reply.
